Stir fried rice noodles with bean sprouts, prawns, eggs (duck or chicken), chives and thin slices of preserved Chinese sausages. Cockles and lardons were once standard offerings, but mostly relegated to optional additions these days due to changing taste preferences and growing health concerns. Cannot be denied that this char quay teow is good in terms of taste. The portion is just nice for one customer. Do not share it with your friend as it is just not enough. The dishes is actually taste better when you dine beside the stall as it is hotter and you able to feel the environment around where all the customers is waiting for their turn. Their price is quite reasonable for seafood char quay teow as you can see in the menu given.
