Satay were originally from Java and Sumatra in Indonesia, and distributed widely across the Malay Archipelago. It is widely popular and common within Indonesian cuisine with rich variations and recipes. Malay chicken satay closely resembles Madura satay with rich peanut sauce. But it is different in Satay Permata where they are using the combination of chicken satay and western, beef and lamb marinated with special sauce which is 100% natural in a western-style served with nasi impit and special sauce named ‘kuah kacang’ which is very marvellous. Furthermore, it is really suggested to the cheese lovers out there, to try this Satay Chicken Chop filled with cheese. There are various type of satay and also including the price as you can see from the menu.
